Mama's Notes
This unique Indonesian coffee originated from the Bener Meriah, Kelipah district of Aceh Gayo, North Sumatra, which is enriched with volcanic soils and blessed with high altitudes and valleys of mountains.

Central Sumatra Coffee built pulping, drying, and fermentation facilities with their vision of clear traceability, funded by private processors and with local cooperative farmers working with them.

With hard work and blessed with high fluctuations of temperature between afternoon and night, its environment surrounds shades with steep slopes, cherries produced in that region upon ripening are harvested with Brix content between 15-19%. Carefully harvested by locals from Gayonese communities, Aurora Dew collective, with Abyssinia & Typica varietals, grown at 1400 meters above sea level, grown fertile in approximately of 250 hectares at Bener Kelipah.
