Shipping Policy

How long does it take for delivery?

Local delivery via express delivery will take between 1 to 3 working days. You will receive an update notification on the status of your order's delivery via e-mail or text.

Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be packed and shipped by courier the following business day.

Avoid ordering on Fridays, public holidays, or public holidays eves to avoid having your parcel delayed.

All products can be shipped locally and internationally.

 

For local delivery/express

We currently only cover a few areas within Ampang and Kuala Lumpur for local delivery. All local deliveries will be handled by our third-party logistics partners such as Lalamove or Grab delivery.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee same-day delivery and that it is dependent on stock availability.

 

Wholesales

For wholesales, the delivery charge is based on weight of the parcel and order around Malaysia.

 

Self pick up

Allow one day for self-pickup and / or wait for confirmation from our team for self pick up orders.
