Shipping Policy

Local delivery via express delivery will take between 1 and 3 working days. You will receive an update on the status of your order's delivery.

Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be packed the following business day and shipped by courier the following business day.

Avoid ordering on Fridays or public holidays to avoid having your parcel held by the courier and shipped on the next working day.

all product can be shipped locally and internationally.

We currently only cover a few areas in Ampang and Kuala Lumpur for local delivery. All local deliveries will be handled by lalamove or grab delivery.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee same-day delivery and that it is dependent on our stock availability.

For wholesales, the delivery charge is dependingon weight around Malaysia.

Allow one day for self-pickup and wait for confirmation of pick-up before coming to collect.
