Mama's Notes
This coffee comes from the Bener Meriah Regency in the Gayo highlands of Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia. Gayo coffee is known worldwide for its delicious, strong & distinctive flavour with lower acidity levels and strong aroma.

The ‘Aurora Dew’ series takes Abyssinia & Red Bourbon cherries from Bener Kelipah and uses a unique, cutting-edge process that involves introducing specific strains of yeast during the controlled fermentation stage of the coffee bean. ‘Magenta’ is named specifically for the introduction of Jasmine yeast for 22 hours during the process. This method is designed to enhance the natural flavors of the coffee, offering a delightful twist to the traditional coffee experience.
