🌋 ORIGIN STORY
Grown in the Ijen Highlands of East Java, Indonesia, this coffee is cultivated at 1,200–1,500 MASL in volcanic soil rich in minerals. The high altitude slows cherry development, naturally building deeper sweetness and fuller body. Processed using the natural method, the coffee is sun-dried in whole cherry form to preserve fruit intensity and create a more expressive, structured cup.
