🧪 PROCESS (WHAT MAKES THIS SPECIAL)
This coffee is produced by Meselech Tube, a dedicated coffee farmer who has been cultivating coffee in Sidamo Bensa Daye since the 1990s. Having inherited Shantaweyne Farm from her family, she now manages the farm alongside three of her adult children, using coffee production to support her family while continually investing in quality improvement.

The farm embraces a diverse agroforestry system, where coffee trees grow alongside banana, avocado, mango, timber trees, and enset (false banana). This biodiversity helps create a healthier growing environment while naturally supporting soil health and sustainability.

Meselech also integrates livestock into the farm ecosystem, using organic manure and farm by-products as natural fertilisers. Combined with Sidamo's high elevation and ideal climate, these practices contribute to slower cherry maturation, allowing sugars and aromatics to develop fully before harvest.

Natural processing further enhances the coffee's fruit expression, creating a cup that is vibrant, floral, and distinctly Ethiopian while maintaining exceptional clarity and balance.

The result is a coffee that reflects both the terroir of Sidamo and Meselech's commitment to producing coffees worthy of international recognition.
