Grown in the high-altitude Hambela region of Guji, this coffee is cultivated by smallholder farmers working on extremely small plots of land. At elevations between 1,900–2,100 MASL, slow cherry maturation allows sugars and aromatic compounds to fully develop, resulting in intense fruit clarity and natural sweetness. The coffee is processed using the natural method, where whole cherries are sun-dried to concentrate sugars and enhance Ethiopia’s signature fruit-driven profile. This careful combination of altitude, varietal diversity, and natural processing produces a coffee that is vibrant, aromatic, and highly expressive in the cup.
