Behind the bar will be our Head Roaster, Zul.

With nearly a decade of experience in the coffee industry, Zul brings:

• Strong understanding of filter brewing (V60)

He will be serving as your personal V60 brewer for the day, guiding guests through how each coffee expresses itself in the cup. At Mama Typica Specialty Coffee, roasting is not just technical, it is sensory storytelling.
