Mama's Notes
From the lush hills of El Paraíso, this washed Parainema lot comes from the San Pablo farm, where Gilberto Maradiaga Valladares is doing quiet magic at 1050–1120m above sea level. With processing support from Choacapa in Marcala, this coffee is clean, sweet, and beautifully expressive.

Expect a cup that leans toward clarity and structure—think gentle citrus, crisp apple, and a soft herbal lift. There’s that signature Parainema sparkle here: elegant acidity, silky body, and a finish that whispers more than it shouts.
